1. Stationary Shooting (10 yards) Place the ball 10 yards from goal. Shoot 20 times with your dominant foot, focusing on plant foot position, contact point, and follow-through. Then 20 with your weaker foot.
2. Moving Shooting Dribble toward goal from 20 yards and shoot. Vary your approach angle (left, right, center). Focus on the last touch before shooting and the timing of your plant foot.
3. Wall Passing Pass against a wall from 10 yards, controlling the return with one touch and passing back. 5 minutes with each foot. Builds passing accuracy and first touch simultaneously.
4. Triangle Passing Three players in a triangle, 10 yards apart. One-touch passing around the triangle. Builds passing speed and movement after the pass.
5. Cone Weave Set up 10 cones in a line, 1 yard apart. Dribble through with inside/outside touches. 5 rounds at increasing speed.
