1. Stationary Shooting (10 yards) Place the ball 10 yards from goal. Shoot 20 times with your dominant foot, focusing on plant foot position, contact point, and follow-through. Then 20 with your weaker foot.

2. Moving Shooting Dribble toward goal from 20 yards and shoot. Vary your approach angle (left, right, center). Focus on the last touch before shooting and the timing of your plant foot.
