1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SportsReflector, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Description of Service

SportsReflector is a sports technique analysis application that uses on-device computer vision and motion analysis technology to provide feedback on athletic form and mechanics. The App includes features such as:

• Video-based technique analysis across multiple sports
• Augmented reality drill guides
• A curated sport-specific drill library
• Progress tracking, session history, and scoring
• Multi-angle video capture and comparison
• PDF report generation
• Personalized goal setting and tracking
• Home screen widgets for quick stats
• Optional team and coach collaboration features

3. Not a Substitute for Professional Advice

SportsReflector is an informational and educational tool only. The analysis, feedback, scores, and recommendations provided by the App are generated by automated computer vision algorithms and are not a substitute for professional coaching, medical advice, physical therapy, or athletic training.

• No medical advice. The App does not diagnose injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or modifying any exercise or training program.
• No professional coaching guarantee. Feedback is algorithmically generated and may not account for individual physical conditions, limitations, or nuances that a trained professional would identify.
• Assumption of risk. You acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks of injury. You assume full responsibility for any injury or harm that may result from following drills, exercises, or feedback provided by the App.

4. Accounts and Authentication

You may sign in using third-party authentication providers such as Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Certain features of SportsReflector require a paid subscription or one-time purchase ("Premium Features"). By purchasing a subscription:

• Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
• Management. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings.
• No refunds. Refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
• Price changes. We may change subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. Your continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
• Free trials. If offered, free trial periods automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

All transactions are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

6. User Content

"User Content" refers to any videos, images, data, text, or other materials you create, upload, or generate through the App.

• Ownership. You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.
• License to us. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services (e.g., running analysis on your uploaded videos). We do not use your videos or personal content for advertising or sell it to third parties.
• On-device processing. Video analysis is performed primarily on your device using on-device computer vision frameworks. Videos are not uploaded to external servers unless you explicitly choose to use cloud-based analysis features.
• Responsibility. You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to any content you upload or share through the App.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the App
• Use the App to harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the rights of others
• Distribute, share, or resell your account access or subscription
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the App
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or interact with the App
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, functionality, design, graphics, trademarks, logos, drill libraries, training programs, and software, is owned by SportsReflector and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit the App or its content
• Copy or reproduce any part of the App beyond what is necessary for normal use
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent

9. Team and Collaboration Features

If you use team or coach features:

• Coach accounts. Coaches may view analysis data, session history, and progress reports for athletes who have explicitly joined their team within the App.
• Athlete consent. Athletes must voluntarily join a team. Coaches cannot access athlete data without the athlete's active participation and consent.
• Data sharing. Data shared within a team is visible to the coach and, where applicable, other team members. You are responsible for understanding what data is shared when you join a team.
• Removal. Athletes may leave a team at any time, which will revoke the coach's access to future data. Previously shared reports may remain accessible to the coach.

10. HealthKit Integration

If you choose to connect Apple HealthKit:

• HealthKit data is used solely to enhance your training insights (e.g., correlating workout data with technique analysis).
• We do not sell, share, or use HealthKit data for advertising or marketing purposes.
• HealthKit integration is entirely optional and can be disabled at any time.

11. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Sign-In, Apple authentication, Apple HealthKit). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party services.

12. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Analysis results will be accurate, complete, or reliable
• Defects will be corrected in any specific timeframe
• The App will meet your specific requirements or expectations

Computer vision analysis is probabilistic by nature. Scores, feedback, and recommendations are approximations and should be used as general guidance only.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SPORTSREFLECTOR, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any injuries sustained during physical activity performed in connection with the App
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in analysis results or feedback
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct on or related to the App

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SportsReflector and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your User Content

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your license to use the App is immediately revoked
• You must cease all use of the App
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall survive

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App and cancelling any active subscriptions through your Apple ID Account Settings.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SportsReflector regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or communications, whether written or oral.
