Jordan Spieth Arrives at Aronimink With Career Grand Slam in His Sights
Jordan Spieth makes his 10th attempt at completing the career Grand Slam as the 2026 PGA Championship tees off at Aronimink Golf Club this week.

The 2026 PGA Championship at Aronimink Golf Club in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, represents another historic opportunity for Jordan Spieth. For the 10th consecutive time, the 32-year-old arrives at the PGA Championship needing a victory to complete the elusive career Grand Slam.
Only six men in golf history have achieved the feat, with Rory McIlroy being the most recent addition after his 2025 Masters victory. Spieth secured the first three legs of the Slam in short order — the Masters and U.S. Open in 2015, and the Open Championship in 2017 — but the Wanamaker Trophy has remained just out of reach.
"If I can win one more tournament in my life, it would obviously be this one," Spieth said during his Monday press conference at Aronimink. "But the easiest way to do that is to not try to, in a weird way. Just go out and get ready for the first hole."
Scottie Scheffler enters as the +480 favorite, with McIlroy at +850 and Cameron Young at +1200 per FanDuel. Despite the long odds, Spieth remains optimistic about his all-around game heading into the week.
